Uniquely styled, the Holt Services Building was designed with two alternating shed roofs to give it a modern aesthetic. The building contains an industrial storage area, an open bay washout station and the accessory use office space. The conference room received special attention with large glass windows and a vaulted ceiling allowing the building owner an impressive meeting and work space.
