A private school was looking to expand their athletic and training spaces at their existing campus. Design services were provided to explore several options for a new building that ranged in size from 15,000 square feet to 18,500 square feet. The building was designed to include a high school sized gym with some spectator bleacher seating, as well as locker room and restroom support spaces. The facility was to also include a kitchen, weight lighting rooms, and storage support spaces, as well as dividable multi-purpose and conference room spaces.
The site was designed to include new driveways, new 65 space parking lot and landscaping areas.
