Project included over 131,000 square feet of new housing consisting of 15 total buildings with 95 units. Building types consisted of (8) 5-plex, 2 and 3 bedroom buildings, (1) 7-plex, 1 and 2 bedroom building, and (6) 8-plex, with 2 and 3 bedroom buildings.
The 6 acre site improvements consisted of onsite parking, landscaping and pedestrian circulation for the entire site, designed to seamlessly integrate with the existing adjacent park, future community services building, and existing adjacent office & Café building.
