Project included over 45,000 square feet of new housing consisting of 6 total buildings with 34 units. Building types consisted of (6) 6-plex, 2 and 3 bedroom buildings and (1) 4-plex building, with 1 bedroom units. The project also included a 680 square foot maintenance shop/ storage room and a 1,400 square foot leasing office.
The 3.1 acre site improvements consisted of onsite parking, landscaping, pedestrian circulation for the entire site, including open space for the residents.
