An 8,600 square foot community recreation and multi-purpose facility was collaboratively designed to be utilized by the local multi-family neighborhood and is operated by a non-profit organization. The recreation facility includes a gymnasium with basketball and volleyball court configurations, multi-purpose activity classrooms, an exercise equipment and fitness room, an office, along with storage areas and other associated support spaces.

Site improvements consisted of two adjoining outdoor basketball court play areas, site lighting, landscape development and pedestrian circulation pathways directly adjacent to an existing community park.
