Design services were provided to completely renovate and remodel a vacant office area (approx. 4,000 square feet) located at a building near the existing Port’s administration building. The scope also included exploring the possibility to install a new freestanding covered walk between these two buildings.
Conceptual design was provided at the Port’s main administration building to look into various improvements and additions, such as providing a new covered entry “porch” addition, remodeling the main lobby, providing for new offices, with new windows, at existing storage rooms, providing for new covered walks between the main and south administration buildings, and expanding the existing Commissioner’s Hearing Room.
